CROSSFIT 101

At TreeLine CrossFit, our "CrossFit 101" Course starts a new group of athletes off every two weeks and is an excellent way for beginners to become much more comfortable and confident with their transition into CrossFit. No matter how fit or unfit you think you are, you cant go wrong with CrossFit 101. At the 101 course, you will participate in six sessions over the course of two weeks and will receive valuable feedback on a more intimate level with coaches. We will spend time going over the fundamental movements of CrossFit, as well as give your body two weeks to get used to working at a much higher intensity than it is might be used to...all while moving well.
The CrossFit 101 Course is included in your first months monthly membership dues.
We offer the CrossFit 101 Course twice a day/three days a week (see schedule for timings). If these times do not fit your schedule, contact Coach Justin to schedule some 1 on 1 CrossFit 101 Personal Training sessions at your convenience (do note these personal training sessions are at a higher rate).
Once completed, we are confident you will have the tools necessary to step foot into the normal classes with the rest of our awesome family. All coaches will be aware of your beginning status and will take that into account when assisting you with scaling options for all workouts. No need to be intimidated...we all started there at some point.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit is defined by Coach Greg Glassman as, "constantly varied, high intensity functional movements." At TreeLine CrossFit, we live by this definition. With your program being thought out, written in advance with an end goal in mind by coaches who love the art of programming and how the body reacts to the constant shock. We don't want your body to get comfortable, or get in a routine. If it does, it is not reaping the benefits of what CrossFit has to offer.  We want you to get comfortable, being uncomfortable.
All CrossFit classes last one hour. You will be properly warmed up, as well as movement prepped before we begin with the skill/strength, or workout of the day. You will be educated/reminded of the proper steps to executing higher skilled movements. Coaches will give advice on how to attack certain workouts as well as give you time/or the tools to cool down properly following the workouts.  Most importantly, you will walk away satisfied and you will have had a lot of fun.

SWEAT

Our "SWEAT" Class is a program that is a cardio and core intensive driven workout. This class involves very little "lifting", but does involve a lot of sweating. It is dumbbell, kettlebell, slam ball, cardio, and bodyweight movement driven. It is guaranteed to have you dripping with sweat by the end of it. This class is included in your standard membership. This class does not require prior CrossFit experience. Show up to this class ready to be moving for a long period of time, eager to have a good time, and get a great workout.

THE TREELINE ATHLETE PROGRAM

Do you have the desire to compete or just the desire to get better at CrossFit faster, but want a competitive coach who is within hands reach for advice and/or guidance?
Maybe you just want more than just the hour long class offered?
At TreeLine CrossFit, we believe it is extremely important to cater to all levels of fitness.
We feel it is very easy for the "competitors" of the gym to get lost in the mix and feel as though they are being overlooked, and/or not being pushed to their full potential. 
Some of our coaches have competed at the highest level in CrossFit and can understand that frustration.
At TreeLine CrossFit, athletes will have the option to upgrade their membership and have exclusive access to our detailed daily Athlete Program. This Athlete Program will be written by and partaken in by both Coach Justin and Coach Ben (who have a combined 6 years experience at the CrossFit Games and 12 years experience on the Regional floor).
A single day example of the Athlete Program WILL include our standard class "workout of the day" to ensure we keep our TreeLine family tightly knit and training together, however it will also have additional strength/skill, conditioning and/or accessory work to be completed by you on the side.
In the end, it is your decision if you go above and beyond to get what you are wanting out of your sessions, but we want to give you the tools to take your fitness to the next level. All we ask is that you are mindful of the normal classes going on and work around them without being a big distraction to the coach of their class.

THE PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM ATHLETICISM PROGRAM

Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism certified coach Amanda has worked with many of our members to achieve their goals throughout their pregnancy and coming back postpartum. Coach Amanda designs each workout to fit the time domain of the CrossFit class with specific programming and smart substitutions to support each mama during this magical transition. The Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism programming is a complimentary perk of your membership! The PPA program aligns with our daily CrossFit program. Any mom or mom-to-be can show up to the class time that fits their schedule best and get a great workout with all the benefits of the class setting. As a reminder, you should always speak to your doctor before starting any fitness program while pregnant. TREELINE KIDSFIT

The Treeline KidsFit Program is a One Day per a Week program offered by Coach Justin and Coach Amanda. This program is offered to two different age divisions (4-7 and 8-13) at 430pm and lasts for one hour. This program gives our young ones the opportunity to learn the basic lifts to functional fitness and a variety of gymnastic skills, but while still having fun. The goal of this program is to get our young athletes moving with some intensity, but with direction. THE TREELINE BARBELL CLUB

Do you have the desire to become more technically sound in your olympic lifting?
Do you have the desire for a smaller group setting, with more personal training?
Our Barbell Club is a 4 week commitment program structured to give you some personal training and one on one time with one of our Olympic Lifting Specialist Coaches. These classes are limited to no more than 3 athletes at a time and take place in our on-site Lifting Room. This commitment includes personal training structured to reach your personal goals, hands on coaching, video analysis and drills (homework) to work on outside of class.
Olympic Weightlifting is challenging. After all, it’s an Olympic sport. The best lifters in the world spend hours upon hours each day working to get better. With that in mind, you can see that even the greatest lifters on earth still want to improve, just like you do. Your goal probably isn’t to become a world champion. Your goal is to improve your Olympic Weightlifting technique so you can feel more confident, stronger, faster and more technically proficient. Our Barbell Club sessions will be designed to fit your personal goals. They will help you reach your personal goals without interfering with the daily workouts we program for you and you commit to participating in. In fact, what you learn in these sessions will help you improve your performance in your daily class workouts. These sessions are for anyone interested in getting better at moving a barbell. So, grab a couple of friends and work on getting better together.
Cost: Pricing is quoted to encourage groups of 3 (and no more than 3) at each time slot.
1 Athlete per a Time Slot: $300 (75$ per a class)
2 Athletes per a Time Slot: $240 each athlete (60$ per a class/person)
3 Athletes per a Time Slot: $200 each athlete (50$ per a class/person)
